Job summary

Lighthouse in Denver is seeking a Sales Onboarding Lead to transform new-hire onboarding across the Americas. You will run in-person Denver onboarding weeks, coordinate with global partners, and coach new hires through their ramp path using AI-powered content and analytics.

You will work with our AI-enabled onboarding platform, align with regional enablement teams, and ensure consistency across hubs while continuously updating sessions and certifications.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a customer-facing B2B role.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
• AI-first mindset with hands-on AI tool usage.
• Very organized with multiple cohorts.
• SaaS background preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Based within easy commuting distance of Denver office, able to be in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own sales onboarding from start to finish in Denver.
• Run onboarding weeks, coordinate with SMEs and managers.
• Use AI to create content, automate logistics, run role-plays and analyze data.
• Deliver an onboarding experience reps remember.
• Keep the onboarding journey current across Denver, Barcelona and Bangkok.
• Update content as products and sales processes change.
• Run certifications for onboarding tracks.
• Coach new hires to full ramp.
• Administer Allego LMS, manage groups and reports.
• Build AI assets and collect feedback for data-driven improvements.
