Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engagement Manager in the Los Angeles area to lead client relationships, governance, and account strategy for AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with LCP/GRM, drive account performance, and support RFPs and market intelligence as part of a dynamic, innovation-focused team.

You will work within a fast-paced, globally connected environment offering growth and exposure to enterprise-scale transformations powered by Genpact’s AI capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Experience with ITIL or service-management frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide governance for client and organization communications to improve visibility and partnership.
• Build relationships with client business and functional leaders under supervision.
• Identify P&L levers and contract/change management impacts to drive account performance.
• Drive operational processes and account management strategies, including client engagement planning.
• Support GRM or LCP with RFPs, market intelligence, and sales administration activities.
