Job summary

LightEdge is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to own the onboarding program for the entire sales organization, including CX, from start date through 90-day completion. You will co-host or lead enablement sessions, manage the SharePoint hub, and drive AI-enabled efficiency across learning and communications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or related coordination roles.
• Strong SharePoint administration and document management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding program for the entire sales organization, including CX, from start date through 90-day completion.
• Co-host or run enablement-led sessions like Sales Skills Lab and product refreshers.
• Lead AI-driven coordination efforts using tools like Copilot or ChatGPT to reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain the Sales Enablement SharePoint site and organize training materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, Recruiting and leadership to ensure smooth program execution.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, milestones, and learning documentation; gather feedback for improvements.
