Job summary

BigTime Software, Inc. seeks a Solutions Consultant to align innovative solutions with customer challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will deliver demos, craft solution architectures, and serve as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle from discovery to handoff. As part of the Revenue Team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to map objectives to product capabilities, lead discovery sessions, and contribute to implementation scoping.

Qualifications

2+ years in SaaS Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant role.
Strong understanding of CRM and finance/accounting platforms.
Comfort with APIs, scripting, or AI tooling to build solutions.
Proficient in crafting and delivering personalized software demonstrations.
Ability to produce clear, structured documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead value-driven product demonstrations across discovery and deep-dives tailored to deal complexity.
Develop expertise in BigTime's PSA, EPSA, CPQ products and configurations.
Lead discovery sessions and translate needs into solution architectures.
Contribute to SOWs, overlap analyses, and implementation scoping documents.
Map customer objectives to product capabilities and demonstrate ROI.
Maintain competitive positioning and adapt demos accordingly.
Act as SME on platform integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct).
Assist with platform configuration, trials, and proofs of concept.
