Veryon is seeking a Customer Success Manager – AI & Customer Experience to manage strategic relationships, drive product adoption, and optimize retention for a portfolio of customers.

In this AI-forward role you will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to maximize value of Veryon’s solutions, leveraging AI-powered tools to inform decisions and accelerate digital transformation across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS or related roles.
• Strong SaaS lifecycle management and retention focus.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and CRMs.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Sales and Support.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic customer relationships across accounts.
• Drive product adoption, engagement, retention and satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support teams.
• Monitor health metrics, usage trends and renewal forecasting.
