Job summary

Salesforce is seeking experienced DevOps professionals for Senior Engineer to Architect levels to design, govern, and deliver deployment orchestration for complex Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and client teams, deploying robust CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted workflows while ensuring security and performance.

This role requires hands-on architectural work, staff mentoring, and frequent client interaction across projects.

Qualifications

6+ years Salesforce DevOps or 10+ years CRM with 8+ years on Salesforce, focusing on release management and CI/CD.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite and deployment methodologies.
Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and environment management.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems is essential.
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent; Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Design and implement DevOps solutions for Salesforce deployments across environments.
Lead DevOps design sessions and govern CI/CD implementations on projects.
Drive tool selection, setup, and governance for multiple client engagements.
Mentor teams and ensure security, performance, and governance in deployments.
Travel to client sites as needed (50-75% for Architect level).
