Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Processing Accountant in a hybrid DTLA setting. You will streamline gift-processing, automate manual tasks using AI, and ensure accurate revenue posting and reconciliations across CRM, Sage Intacct, and banking platforms.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and strong accounting fundamentals. Hybrid schedule requires in-office presence Tue–Thu with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in financial process improvement operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline manual accounting and gift-processing activities.
• Assist with automation and AI-supported tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, reconciliation and reporting.
• Reconcile pledge and payment activity between source documents, CRM, banking and the general ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to gift processing and revenue accounts.
• Prepare and import payout and revenue reports; maintain audit trails for processed transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
