Job summary

ROI Revolution, Inc. is seeking an Accountant in Raleigh, NC to manage invoicing, AP/AR, and month-end close with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. You’ll work with a small, dedicated team and partner across departments to drive efficiency.

You will leverage Concur for expense reporting and contribute to building scalable accounting processes in a hybrid workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly client invoicing and maintain revenue schedules.
• Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts.
• Ensure receivables are collected promptly with accurate customer records.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
• Serve as Concur expense software administrator and audit expense reports.
• Maintain fixed assets schedules, depreciation, and disposals.
• Prepare sales and use tax returns as required.
• Support monthly and year-end close cycles; identify efficiency improvements.
