This role blends hands-on accounting with opportunities to streamline processes across the business, with a hybrid work schedule and strong benefits. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, prepare journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and collaborate with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting practices.
• Experience managing general ledger activity, reconciliations, financial reporting, and close processes.
• CPA designation and/or public accounting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
• Prepare and analyze journal entries, accruals, and financial records.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Develop financial analyses and reporting packages for management.
