Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operational Transformation to modernize operating models within Revenue Deal Support and Revenue Management. You will partner with cross-functional teams to scale processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive enterprise initiatives with data-driven insights.
You will own quote-to-cash workflows, ensure SOX compliance, and translate complex data into actionable strategy using dashboards and AI tools.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting or relevant field; MBA or Masters preferred.
- 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in enterprise transformation or consulting roles.
- Experience driving process transformation at scale; SOX-compliant environment.
- Experience with AI transformation and intelligent workflows in Finance/Revenue.
- Strong Tableau/data analytics experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement modernized revenue operating models.
- Own quote-to-cash processes, manage approvals and case handling.
- Serve as SME for Revenue Management on multi-year initiatives.
- Use dashboards, analytics, and AI tools to identify friction.
- Monitor revenue ops health and drive corrective strategies.
- Ensure changes preserve financial statement integrity.
