Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to join the Business Process & Enterprise Systems Transformation team.

You will diagnose operational root causes and optimize connections between Finance platforms and Workday Cloud ERP, enabling autonomous workflows at scale. You will lead end-to-end process improvements across core finance operations, coordinate Workday releases, and translate finance requirements into IT-ready specifications.

Qualifications

5+ years in finance transformation or enterprise finance systems management.
Experience driving finance technology initiatives as a functional project lead.
Experience leveraging enterprise AI tools to automate workflow decisions in finance.
Active CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement across core finance operations.
Coordinate the feature backlog, twice-annual Workday releases, and strategic project delivery.
Investigate cross-platform financial lifecycle issues and implement root-cause fixes.
Translate complex finance requirements into clear technical specifications for IT execution.
