Job summary

Breeze, NYC-based, is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to build the operational engine behind our go-to-market team. You will own CRM end-to-end in Attio, ensure data accuracy, enrich and structure data, and support a data-driven sales organization.

You will design AI-powered workflows, create agents and automations, generate reporting and dashboards, and optimize GTM tooling, working closely with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in revenue/sales/ops or similar analytical role.
• Strong grasp of CRM data enrichment and process design.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM operations end-to-end in Attio, ensuring data accuracy and enrichment.
• Build AI-powered workflows to streamline GTM processes and handoffs.
• Create AI agents and automations to reduce manual work.
• Develop reporting and dashboards on pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
• Support onboarding and enablement of the sales team.
