Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations within SaaS industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, and Product to align on customer needs and drive end-to-end experiences that grow revenue.
• Deploy AI-driven health scoring models and telemetry into CRM and CS platforms.
• Automate QBR prep, account summaries, and health check-ins across Gainsight, Vitally, and ChurnZero.
• Build segment-specific automated playbooks and optimize resource allocation across adoption and renewal lifecycles.
• Track key KPIs and deploy predictive churn models to flag at-risk accounts for intervention.
