Job summary

Breeze Labs, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to build the operational engine behind our go-to-market org, with AI at the center. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll own CRM systems, automation, and processes to make the sales team faster and more data-driven.

We're looking for hands-on builders who thrive in fast-moving environments and are excited to own end-to-end GTM operations, from onboarding to reporting and tooling rollout.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles.
• Strong CRM data hygiene and process design.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to automate work.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with a builder mentality.
• Hands-on with systems, data, workflows, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM operations end to end in Attio with accurate, enriched data.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to streamline sales processes.
• Create AI agents and automations to reduce manual work.
• Use Attio, Clay for CRM enrichment, prospecting, lead gen.
• Develop dashboards covering pipeline, performance, forecasting.
• Plan and validate sales compensation and incentive payments.
• Roll out new tools with documentation and training.
• Partner with Head of Sales, CEO for data and reporting.
