Job summary

Workstream, a mission-driven HR, payroll, and hiring platform, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to drive GTM process optimization and AI-enabled insights in Lehi, Utah. You will partner with Finance leadership to own end-to-end revenue lifecycles and build scalable tooling for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, automated workflows, and strong collaboration with GTM teams. Office-based with up to 4 days/week in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar.
• Proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and partner with cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-cash process to increase ARR and reduce revenue leakage.
• Standardize workflows across GTM teams to reduce operational overhead and build consistency.
