Formación

• 5+ years in product or release management, AI-driven or data-intensive SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience coordinating testing with external development partners or vendors.
• Experience partnering with product marketing on release communications.
• Proficient with technology tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Snowflake, AWS, and DBT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end release processes for the Blu Platform including hotfixes and updates.
• Own release readiness, production readiness tracking, and go/no-go decisions.
• Evaluate impact of issues on internal users and clients, providing guidance and workarounds.
• Document resolutions in release notes and plan communications with Product Marketing.
• Coordinate testing across product, QA, development, and business-facing teams.
• Conduct internal and client-facing UAT, and manage vendor test cycles.
• Maintain a unified view of test outcomes and quality metrics.
• Translate technical updates into clear, contextual stakeholder communications.
