Horizon Media seeks a VP, AI to lead an enterprise-wide transformation by architecting agentic systems, workflow redesign, and data integration. You will define strategy, evaluate platforms, and scale AI across core operations in the business.

This systems leadership role requires translating ambiguous problems into deployable solutions, guiding architecture, and building a high-performing team to deliver measurable business impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across AI, engineering, data, or technical product leadership.
• Proven track record deploying AI-driven systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured evaluation of AI platforms and identify integration pathways.
• Design and scale multi-step, agent-driven workflows that automate core business processes.
• Define how third-party systems integrate into AI workflows and establish scalable patterns.
• Own adoption of AI-driven workflows across the organization and drive measurable outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics including workflow adoption and business impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and integration specialists.
• Bridge business, engineering, and platform teams and align leadership on roadmap.
