Job summary

Horizon Next in New York is seeking a VP, Strategy and Technology, blu. to lead omni-audience development and measurement across client teams, leveraging Horizon’s Connected Marketing Platform to drive data-driven campaigns.

You will partner with Business Solutions, Data Solutions, Insights, Marketing Sciences, and Activation to ensure data is at the forefront of every decision; contribute to content and use cases for new business.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from accredited school required.
• 9+ years’ experience with data and tech including DMPs/CDPs, Addressable TV.
• Understanding of programmatic.
• Proven experience in audience development.
• Hands-on experience using multiple data sources for activating including 1P data.
• Experience using AI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Understand blu. platform data sources, taxonomy, and access methods.
• Oversee 1P data onboarding, pixel setup, and log-level data passback.
• Develop new use cases and custom analyses for clients and pitches.
• Help integrate client’s martech stacks.
• Define seed audiences and audience framework for clients and products.
• Coordinate with analytics and activation teams to align measurement and budgeting.
