Horizon Media Inc. is seeking a Release & Testing Manager to lead the Blu Platform release cycle, oversee testing across all data streams, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable deployments.

You will translate complex issues for stakeholders and drive release communications with Product Marketing and support teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in release management within AI-driven or data-intensive environments, a solid SDLC, and strong collaboration skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product or release management experience in AI-driven or data-intensive SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise platforms through multiple release cycles.
• Experience coordinating testing with external development partners or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release processes for the Blu Platform, including hotfixes and updates.
• Manage end-to-end testing across product workstreams and UAT with internal and client-facing teams.
• Develop test plans, schedules, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate test passes across product, QA, development, and business teams.
• Oversee defect logging, resolution, and escalation of issues as needed.
• Maintain a central release and testing status view with clear summaries and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on release communications and user guidance.
