Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. in New York is building an autonomous AI engineering team. We seek a Senior AI Engineer who designs agentic systems to automate enterprise workflows, across LLMs, tools, and data sources.

You will own end-to-end delivery from problem definition to production, collaborating with product, design, and business leaders to shape platform strategy and scale solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting and deploying end-to-end AI/ML systems in production environments with ownership from problem to delivery.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI pipelines and Gemini models.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems, including multi-step, tool-using agents and RAG architectures.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: Python and backend development (APIs, microservices).
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic systems that automate complex enterprise workflows end-to-end.
• Partner with business leaders to translate ambiguity into structured, scalable solutions.
• Decompose workflows into automatable components and design reusable architectures.
• Develop orchestration logic across APIs, data sources, and large language models.
• Lead end-to-end development from prototype to production-ready systems.
