Job summary

Libra Solutions is seeking a Manager of AI-Native Quality Engineering to lead a QA team focused on AI-powered test automation and regression efficiency. The role emphasizes building scalable automation across API, UI, and end-to-end workflows while maintaining strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Release teams.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical ability with people leadership to elevate release quality and reduce risk in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in software QA, quality engineering, or test automation.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and scaling automated tests.
Experience across API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience evaluating AI assistants to accelerate test automation and improve workflows.
Strong understanding of CI/CD and agile delivery in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach quality engineers and automation engineers.
Drive AI-powered test automation design, maintenance, and execution.
Improve automated test frameworks and coverage across APIs, UI, and end-to-end tests.
Support release quality processes, go/no-go inputs, and risk assessment.
Define and track team quality metrics and improvements for leadership.
