Qualifications

• Expert-level experience deploying reliable AI workflows with measurable impact.
• Production experience with conversational agents, trusted knowledge sources, connected systems, multi-step tasks, and human escalation.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development.
• Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• AI architecture and delivery: Roadmap from design to deployment, adoption and improvement.
• Conversational AI: Deploy recruiter and candidate-facing agents with proper handoffs.
• Recruiting infrastructure: Configure systems, integrations, data quality, docs, and vendor performance.
• Analytics and planning: Partner with Finance on workforce planning and track hiring metrics.
• Team enablement: Collaborate with recruiters, leaders, Digital Innovation, IT to scale AI workflows.
• Responsible deployment: Establish testing, monitoring, guards for data protection and fairness.
