Job summary

OpenAI in San Francisco seeks a Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations to improve recruiting processes, systems, and enablement. You will translate hiring priorities into scalable processes and programs, aligning stakeholders to improve effectiveness.

You’ll partner with Recruiting leaders and People Systems to drive adoption, standardize operations, and deliver measurable improvements with clear ownership and repeatable practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting operations or HR systems experience.
• Hands-on experience administering an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from discovery through adoption, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Owning enablement for operational workflow changes, including documentation, training, and change communication.
• Supporting offer approvals and other sensitive recruiting workflows through clear coordination.
• Identifying recurring support themes and driving fixes via process changes or automation.
• Partnering with recruiters, People Systems, and stakeholders to improve workflow usability and reliability.
• Using data and operational signals to monitor service health and prioritize improvements.
