Deepgram is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and G&A. You’ll run the operational engine behind every interview loop, making each candidate’s experience fast, clear, and human.

You will schedule interviews within 2 business days, maintain 90%+ SLA, cut time-to-schedule by 25%, keep Ashby data accurate, and coordinate travel logistics for onsite and virtual interviews.

Qualifications

• Manages multiple interview calendars across time zones with accuracy.
• Writes warm, clear candidate communications.
• Designs Human+AI workflows to streamline coordination.
• Creates templates and automations to reduce repetitive work.
• Maintains an clean ATS and up-to-date candidate data.
• Prioritizes requests and communicates conflicts early.
• Handles confidential candidate information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interview loops within 2 business days for all functions (≥90% SLA).
• Reduce time-to-schedule by 25% using AI and automation.
• Maintain 98%+ Ashby accuracy across stages and dispositions.
• Achieve 90%+ interview feedback within 24 hours.
• Coordinate onsite, virtual, and travel logistics for interviews.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose 2–3 improvements per quarter, with at least 1 implemented.
