TASSCO is seeking a Customer Solutions/Project Coordinator to partner with external sales teams, prepare quotes, manage data systems, and ensure smooth order processing. You will coordinate with sales, estimating, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth.

In this role, you will leverage Genius ERP and Claude AI to accelerate quoting, while maintaining accuracy and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with clients and teams.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows.
• Comfort using Claude, TASSCO's AI platform, for quoting and research.

Responsabilités

• Quoting and order processing: prepare accurate quotes and pricing.
• Sales team support: assist outside reps with quoting and tracking.
• Data & ERP system management: use Genius ERP to manage quotes and orders.
• Customer communication: provide order updates and address inquiries.
• Project coordination: support large projects with timely follow-ups.
• Process improvement: streamline quoting, order entry, and workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, estimating, and production teams.
• Monitor sales metrics and quoting turnaround to identify improvement opportunities.
• Utilize Claude AI tools to accelerate quoting research and documentation.
