Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an SDET Manager to lead Quality Engineering and software delivery transformation across the Medicare Sales & Acquisition ecosystem. You will drive AI-driven testing, modernize SDLC pipelines, and build a high-performing team while aligning with enterprise goals.

This role focuses on embedding AI capabilities into testing, scaling automation on AWS-native services, and delivering reliable software for healthcare-related processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience leading automation strategy and/or managing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work East Coast business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-augmented Quality Engineering solutions, including agentic test generation and AI-assisted defect analysis.
• Migrate automation frameworks and test data management onto AWS-native services to scale with delivery volume.
• Advance testing model to agent-orchestrated QE with autonomous agents for planning, execution, and triage.
• Translate business processes across Sales & Acquisition into automation strategies and validation models.
• Design and implement automated SDLC pipelines with requirement-to-test generation and validation workflows.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and quality gates for AI-generated artifacts and governance.
