Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an SDET Manager to lead Quality Engineering and drive software delivery transformation across the Medicare Sales & Acquisition ecosystem. Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development/quality engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading automation strategy or engineering teams.
• Hands-on in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience building/integrating APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on with AI/GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow and reporting.
• Ability to work East Coast business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-augmented Quality Engineering design and implementation.
• Drive AWS-native automation frameworks and data pipelines.
• Advance agent-orchestrated QE with human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Translate Sales & Acquisition processes into automation strategies.
• Design automated SDLC pipelines and validation workflows.
• Establish quality gates for AI artifacts and governance.
• Integrate AI tooling into existing CI/CD and platforms like GitHub/Jira.
• Coach and grow a high-performing SDET team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Identify high-value AI-driven testing opportunities and translate them into solutions.
• Develop reusable automation assets and prompt libraries.
