Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Development Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years leading automation strategy or engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work East Coast business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-augmented Quality Engineering solutions.
• Drive migration of automation frameworks onto AWS-native services, enabling elastic scale.
• Advance testing model toward agent-orchestrated QE with human review at key gates.
• Translate business processes into actionable automation strategies and validation models.
• Design and implement automated SDLC pipelines and validation workflows.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and governance for AI-generated artifacts.
