Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development/quality engineering experience.
- 2+ years of automation strategy or engineering team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience building/integrating APIs and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
- Hands-on with AI/GenAI tools and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-augmented Quality Engineering solutions and automation strategy.
- Drive migration of automation to AWS-native services and scalable pipelines.
- Advance QE to agent-orchestrated automation with human decision gates.
- Translate business processes into scalable automation strategies.
- Design automated SDLC pipelines and validation workflows.
- Establish governance and evaluation frameworks for AI-generated artifacts.
