Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a QA Manager to lead Automation and AI-enabled Quality Engineering teams across our Retail and Digital Commerce platforms. You will drive AI-driven test strategies, scalable automation frameworks, and integration with CI/CD pipelines while mentoring engineers and improving release readiness.

Ideally, you have 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering with leadership experience and a strong background in Selenium, Playwright, and retail tech such as SFCC, POS, and OMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in Software Quality Engineering with manual and automation testing.
7+ years in QA/Automation leadership and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead automation and AI-enabled QA teams across sprints and projects.
Define AI-driven test automation strategy and CI/CD integration.
Mentor engineers in modern QE practices and prompt engineering.
Establish enterprise QA processes and quality standards.
