Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years leading software quality strategy.
• Ability to write and execute test automation scripts in Playwright, Python, C#, or Java.
• Strong foundation in AI concepts (LLM, NLP, ML) with hands-on AI testing experience.
• Experience with release management, regression strategy, and virtualization or cloud test environments.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to influence quality across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect pod-wide quality strategy and author test automation across Playwright, Python, C#, or Java.
• Pioneer testing methodologies for AI components, evaluating LLMs, CV, and speech systems while managing AI agents.
• Evaluate, train, and evangelize modern AI-driven test tools and automation techniques.
• Orchestrate end-to-end workflows, including regressions, releases, and cloud/virtualization tests.
• Drive data-backed decisions by tracking quality metrics and root causes to improve processes.
