Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Manager to lead global automation and QA teams from both technical and project-management perspectives.

You will drive QA/automation strategies for Retail and E-commerce platforms, including web and mobile experiences, product catalog, search, pricing, and checkout. You will design scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, API automation, CI/CD, and cloud technologies, with focus on reliability, maintainability, and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global Automation and QA teams with hands-on technical leadership and delivery oversight.
• Develop and drive quality engineering and automation strategies for Retail and E-commerce applications.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using modern tools and cloud technologies.
• Develop automation strategies for complex Retail E-commerce customer journeys.
• Build automated validation for critical e-commerce integrations and APIs.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted testing and AI Agent-based automation.
