Job summary

EnergyCAP, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join the Onboarding & Implementation team. You’ll own onboarding projects and expansion initiatives, guiding them from kickoff to handoff with a focus on fast, high-value deployments and strong customer experience.

You’ll lead multiple projects, apply AI-forward methods, and collaborate with engineers and enrollment specialists to ensure timely, cost-effective results and high NPS scores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of project management experience, ideally at a software company or in an energy/sustainability-related environment.
• Experience implementing enterprise software and/or energy-related projects.
• Demonstrated experience building and using AI tools to improve efficiency and accelerate project execution.
• Comfort using basic Microsoft Excel functionality and formulas.
• Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to influence and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable, organized, and self-motivated - a self-starter who pushes projects forward independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Take extreme ownership of onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, following O&I methodology to control scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and apply methods to accelerate project timelines so customers realize value quickly.
• Coordinate work across project engineers and enrollment specialists to keep implementations moving.
• Meet each customer’s defined Keys to Success and outcomes for their project.
• Configure EnergyCAP software and set up customer databases per the statement of work.
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks to successful completion.
• Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and risks.
