Job summary

Daisy, a fast-growing AI-powered property management company in NYC, is seeking a Director of Program Management to own cross‑functional programs for scale. You will define SLAs, design scalable processes, and map workflows that leverage automation and AI to drive efficiency.

You’ll lead onboarding initiatives, rollout capacity models, and manage portfolio integrations, reporting to the VP of Operations, with close collaboration across facilities, finance, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, operational excellence, business operations, or process improvement.
• You build plans, milestones, risks, and drive owners.
• Demonstrated results in operational metrics with defined SLAs and processes.
• Strong data fluency to pull, question, and narrate data.
• Experience designing training and enablement programs for frontline teams.
• Comfort with workforce planning: capacity modeling and scheduling at scale.
• Exceptional written communication with clear SOPs and updates.

Responsibilities

• Define service standards by department, task type, and building tier.
• Build dashboards and weekly rhythms so numbers drive decisions.
• Diagnose root causes and own fixes to improve metrics.
• Map current workflows and redesign handoffs to reduce rework.
• Write SOPs, define ownership, and set escalation paths; implement them.
• Partner with Product Ops and engineering to encode processes into back-office systems and AI agents.
• Own onboarding playbook for new portfolios and acquisitions, including week-1 to quarter-1 plans.
• Maintain automation roadmap with Product Ops: what work is removed next and its value.
• Define human/agent split for workflows and monitor quality post-launch.
• Prototype changes using AI tools before engineering requests.
• Redesign roles around automation and build an operating cadence for agent performance review.
• Build training programs that take a new operator to full productivity with certifiable curricula.
