Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to own end-to-end planning and execution across its most complex, cross-organizational programs. You will drive release predictability, operating cadence, and executive-facing reporting across the engineering organization.

You will partner with engineering leadership to translate strategy into clear plans, define success metrics, and scale AI-enabled automation for planning and review processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management or similar.
• Experience owning end-to-end planning for complex engineering initiatives.
• Strong ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination across Cyberhaven's most complex, multi-team, cross-organizational programs.
• Set the strategy for improving release predictability and track cross-team dependencies.
• Architect and run the engineering operating cadence including executive reviews.
• Translate company strategy into actionable execution plans and metrics across the engineering org.
• Define org-wide success metrics for quality, release health, and velocity.
• Build and own review cadences, status reports, and leadership readouts.
• Establish data hygiene and governance standards in Jira and planning artifacts.
• Lead high-priority initiatives requiring structure and executive visibility.
• Mentor other program managers and engineers to raise operating discipline.
