Daisy is seeking a Junior Product Manager in New York, NY to bridge product and operations. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and ops teams to map real workflows, quantify gaps, prototype AI-powered solutions, and ship changes with the field teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a relevant role with exposure to product/ops.
• Strong process mindset and ability to identify repeatable patterns.
• Data fluency and ability to tell a story from data (SQL/BI a plus).
• Hands-on AI usage in tooling and automation.
• Clear written communication: specs, docs, updates.

Responsibilities

• Embed with ops teams to map real workflows end-to-end.
• Prioritize efficiency opportunities using actual data.
• Design, prototype, and ship AI-driven automations.
• Write specs and requirements for engineers/ops leads.
• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to show impact.
• Own SOPs and process docs; keep them current.
• Run rollouts: training, readiness checks, adoption, monitoring.
• Gather feedback from managers, boards, residents; feed into roadmap.
• Prototype with LLMs/AI tools to validate ideas before engineering time.
