You will blend advanced Photoshop craft with AI-assisted workflows, maintaining brand integrity while accelerating delivery for licensed properties.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced proficiency with generative image tooling and workflows including prompt design and batch generation.
• 4+ years in production design or related field.
• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills for compositing, retouching, color correction, masking, and non-destructive editing; InDesign and Figma a plus.
• Experience delivering production-ready files for digital, print, apparel, or product applications with brand and licensing standards.

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, licensing, and production teams to align creative with brand requirements.
• Produce accurate, production-ready assets across digital, ecommerce, and physical formats using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Develop scalable templates and asset libraries to support high-volume output.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven workflows to increase speed and consistency.
