Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to embed with business-unit teams, shaping AI-enabled workflows, product discovery and delivery at scale. You will lead through expertise, coaching and influence on lighthouse initiatives, driving customer and business outcomes.

You will define and scale Agentic PDLC capabilities, coach leaders, and establish repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption, with ~35% travel to work directly with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership in B2B software or SaaS.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product or portfolio.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams to customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, roadmaps and measurement.
• Experience building AI-enabled or agentic products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures, demonstrate impact and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
