Job summary

Walker & Dunlop WDTech seeks an AVP, Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered workflow initiatives across the business. You will identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and drive production adoption in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work with executives to measure adoption and business impact, travel to offices and field locations, and own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through deployment, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of product management experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Experience taking AI/ML products from discovery to production with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRE, mortgage finance, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows and AI opportunities by engaging with business teams.
• Prototype and validate AI workflow solutions using modern tools.
• Lead production deployment and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, Legal, and Procurement.
• Define backlog, milestones, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Communicate progress to executives and stakeholders.
