JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate in New York. You will optimize and govern cross‑product portfolios, manage a broad set of stakeholders, and drive analytics, automation, and reporting that inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management or performance optimization.
• Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience with product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong Python skills for automated reporting and data workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills for dashboards and data QA.
• Experience producing dashboards with Tableau or similar.
• Experience integrating platforms and datasets via APIs and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core portfolio processes across CAO, including intake, prioritization, cadence, status packs, and dependencies.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and measure portfolio performance.
• Develop change initiative materials and timelines.
• Support data collection strategies for controls, financials, and resourcing.
• Build automated reporting pipelines and publish outputs to dashboards (Tableau) and BI tools.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation for audit-ready portfolio artifacts.
• Collaborate with teams using Monday.com, Alteryx, and APIs for reliable data flows.
• Refactor automation assets and ensure clear handover with run instructions.
