• Maintain backlog hygiene: remove duplicates, group related requests, document context, and define acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate forums to connect cross-team threads, drive decisions, and prevent gaps.
• Apply a quality-focused lens to plans and artifacts to reduce ambiguity and rework.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities and automation to improve delivery and efficiency.
