Qualifications
- 4–8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and reimbursement models.
- Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum and user research.
- Direct experience with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets is preferred.
- Experience partnering with data scientists on AI/ML projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for an AI-first analytics platform.
- Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue optimization.
- Coordinate across clinical and financial data, aligning with stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and backlog prioritization.
- Capture VOC and align CABs to ensure product-market fit.
