Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of a premier financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform that informs formulary decisions, buy-and-bill margins, and clinical-financial data reconciliation.

You will champion an AI-first approach and collaborate across clinical, financial, and contract data domains to deliver insights that improve profitability for specialty practices.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience, with a track record shipping data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong specialty healthcare knowledge: Buy and Bill, ASP impact, formulary dynamics.
• Agile leadership: Scrum, continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, UX research.
• Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, and executives around a product vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
• Healthcare data fluency with clinical/contract datasets (e.g., 837/835, GPO contracts).
• AI/ML and data science literacy; experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers.
• Specialty therapeutic area exposure (oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: define AI-first financial analytics platform features and automation.
• Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: design predictive margin tracking and revenue-leakage prevention features.
• Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: align APA with GPO contracts, rebates, distribution, and patient hub data.
• Execute with Product Excellence: own end-to-end development, write user stories, manage agile backlog.
• Amplify the Voice of the Customer: engage with clinics, executives, and CABs for rapid validation.
