Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and buy-and-bill mechanics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, and user research.
• Excellent communication; ability to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Direct experience with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets is preferred.
• Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/AI workflows is preferred.
• Exposure to oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Roadmap for an AI-first financial analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across product lines for integrated insights.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle with high-quality user stories.
• Incorporate VOC through CABs and clinics to ensure product-market fit.
