Job summary
Cardinal Health seeks a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of our premier financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform, delivering an AI-first approach to optimize formulary management and drug purchasing.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end product development, collaborate with engineering, sales, and clinical teams, and ensure rapid PMF across oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of software product management experience with data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and ASP impact.
- Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and rapid prototyping.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead vision and execution for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
- Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and reimbursement modeling.
- Collaborate across product lines to integrate clinical and financial data with contracts and rebates.
- Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Engage with customers and CABs to validate prototypes and ensure PMF.
