Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of our premier financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform to optimize specialty practice profitability and formulary decisions.

In this AI-first role, you will drive end-to-end product development, collaborate with data science and clinical teams, and translate user needs into robust roadmaps and features that improve revenue cycle management

Qualifications

4-8 years of software product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping data-heavy commercial enterprise analytics, financial technology, or B2B SaaS products preferred.
Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, including Buy and Bill mechanics, ASP impact, and formulary dynamics.
Agile leadership with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous product discovery.
Excellent communication and influence to align engineering, sales, marketing, and practice executives around product vision.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Direct experience with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets and familiarity with healthcare data reconciliation is preferred.
Experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers on ML/NLP projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the vision for an AI-first financial analytics platform and translate insights into actionable features.
Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and reimbursement scenario modelling.
Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: Collaborate across product lines to bridge clinical and financial data with contract performance and patient services.
Execute with Product Excellence: Own end-to-end lifecycle, write user stories, and maintain a prioritized agile backlog.
Amplify VOC: Engage with clinics and executives to validate prototypes and ensure rapid product-market fit.
