Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) within Biopharma Solutions. You will lead the evolution of a financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform, aimed at improving profitability, formulary decisions, and drug purchasing across oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology.

You'll champion an AI-first approach, design advanced scenario models, and collaborate with clinical and financial data to deliver a best-in-class commercial

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software product management experience with data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum, product discovery, and user research.
• Excellent communication to align engineering, sales, and exec teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Business/Healthcare or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and execution for an AI-first financial analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across product lines and contracts.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle with prioritised backlogs.
• Engage with clinicians and executives to validate prototypes and ensure fit.
