Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the United States is seeking a VP of Product to lead AI-driven innovation and a DaaS strategy across platforms. You will build scalable AI-native product programs, collaborate with security, privacy, and risk teams, and drive measurable value.

You will recruit and empower AI champions, define governance for thousands of agent workflows, monetize data products, and ensure responsible AI with cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading product leaders in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of taking data, AI, or ML products to market and showing revenue impact, not just pilots.
• AI-native builder: you prototype with AI coding and agent tools and use AI daily in your own work.
• Experience shipping AI-first products, including agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop design.
• Evaluation-driven product practice: building eval sets, setting quality thresholds and monitoring AI in production.
• Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging of AI features, including usage-based models and inference cost trade-offs.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, agents, retrieval and evaluation, enough to challenge engineers and explain trade-offs to executives.
• Strong grounding in data foundations: quality, governance, privacy and what makes data AI-ready.
• Experience with responsible AI and regulatory frameworks across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a multi-BU or federated organization.
• Clear communicator who can teach, simplify and present to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Build a network of AI champions across functions and business units and drive adoption of automations.
• Identify high-volume, repeatable processes to automate across departments and maintain a ranked backlog.
• Design AI-native workflows for efficiency gains and build reusable components to speed delivery.
• Define operating model for agents and workflows, with governance and risk tiers.
• Monitor savings, productivity gains and cost per task to prove value of automation.
• Partner with Security and IT on identity, access, and governance for AI agents.
• Lead data-as-a-service initiatives turning data into insight products with clear GTM plans.
• Ensure privacy, security and regulatory compliance across regions.
