Job summary

ADT is seeking an AI Product Lead in Irving, TX to bridge business functions and AI Center of Excellence. You will identify high-value problems and translate them into viable AI and automation products, guiding each opportunity from discovery through pilots and value realization.

You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and various stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable solutions, leveraging generative AI, RPA, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics.
• 5+ years in digital product management, intelligent automation, or related field.
• Experience owning enterprise products from discovery to value realization.
• Strong product-management capabilities: strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, MVPs, metrics.
• Experience translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, RPA, APIs, cloud platforms; capable with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with functional leaders, process owners, and tech teams.
• Lead discovery workshops to define objectives and requirements.
• Translate ideas into problem statements, hypotheses, and roadmaps.
• Establish baselines for cost, effort, cycle time, quality, risk, and UX.
• Develop business cases covering value, cost, resources, dependencies, risks, metrics.
• Define MVP, user experience, backlog, acceptance criteria, pilot scope, roadmap.
• Collaborate with AI specialists, data teams, automation developers, platform teams.
