Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communicator up, down, across and outside the organization.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with urgency and accountability.
• Experience with bug/issue/enhancement tracking, project management software.
• Excels in prioritizing, influencing decisions, and handling objections.
• Experience with Jira, Productboard, Pendo, and/or Figma a plus.
• Experience defining or shipping AI-powered product features or working with data science teams, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner of the products; ensure products meet external customer needs and expansion.
• Maintain focus on technological trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation within the product to improve efficiency.
• Own the creation and grooming of the product backlog by writing/refining user stories.
• Gatekeeper of the product backlog and primary feedback loop owner for product changes.
• Escalate and communicate issues, updates, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to achieve product success while balancing multiple needs.
• Coordinate with leadership, customers, and team to develop specs and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to define requirements and guardrails for AI features.
• Provide timely feedback on plans; decide which bugs/features to prioritize.
• Mitigate impediments, participate in release readiness and testing as needed.
• Assist with rollout, feature demos, and educational materials for products.
• Lead or participate in Scrum ceremonies and other product education activities.
